Teresa Mitchell

Director

With over 25 years in the care industry, I am passionate about ensuring people receive kind, respectful and person-centred support. I believe in giving people a voice, promoting independence and putting their choices at the heart of their care.

In my spare time, I enjoy the cinema and spending time with family and friends.

Emma Mitchell

Director

Emma is passionate about her role in care, and her dedication to supporting others inspired her to start her own company. With over four years of experience, she is committed to making a positive difference to people within the community.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family, playing darts and going on holiday.


Bethany Mitchell

Lead Supervisor

Bethany is our Lead  Supervisor.
She has worked in the care sector for 6 years. 
Bethany is a very outgoing person who is up for any challenge! 
When she is not working you will find her relaxing with her family or out enjoying her time with nature.


Sherry Tedstone

Registered Manager

Sherry is our Registered Manager and has dedicated her career to the care sector. She holds a degree in Health and Social Care and is currently furthering her knowledge through studying Psychology. Sherry is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate, person-centred care and making a positive difference in the lives of those we support.

Outside of work, Sherry enjoys travelling, new experiences and spending time by the coast.
